You don’t have to put it in words. I do know how you feel. I can’t change it though. The way you feel shows how damaging your depression has become. You need to get free of all this baggage you are carrying around, because it is clogging up your present life of what you have got. It might be good if this nurse could offer you some counseling. I don’t want you to miss out on Jay’s and Beth’s growing up years, their achievements, their growing personalities. You can’t see their bright shining lights through dark clouds. I don’t want you to not be able to make friends and keep them or to not be very close to your mum & dad. I am sure you yearn to be free, happy with who you are and happy with what you’ve got. That is my biggest prayer for you. I am always here for you, waiting patiently for the clouds that hide the real Sarah to lift. I love you Hubby xxxxxx
